1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and jeta365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the jeta365 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other feature or content made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on jeta365, you unconditionally accept all provisions of this Agreement. Acceptance is also implied by any act of accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or making a financial transaction — whether or not registration has been formally completed.

jeta365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification. The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at /terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary or marketing material, the English version of this document takes precedence.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the jeta365 website, all subdomains, mobile versions, and any application or interface operated by jeta365.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on jeta365.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held within a player account, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalent values, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game round played using real-money or bonus funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jeta365.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

jeta365 is strictly an 18+ platform. 18+  No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, place a wager, or access any real-money feature of the platform under any circumstances.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use jeta365:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party in relation to gambling activity on jeta365.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of jeta365 or any of its associated companies.
• You are not classified as a problem gambler by any self-exclusion scheme or court order that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• Online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under any law, regulation, or court order applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.

jeta365 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which are forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on jeta365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.1 KYC Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal request is processed, you must successfully complete jeta365's KYC verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport (photo page)
• Valid Bangladesh Driving Licence (where applicable)

jeta365 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name) as part of an enhanced due diligence review. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension and may lead to closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeta365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party under any circumstances. jeta365 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to support immediately at support@jeta365.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

All financial transactions on jeta365 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered or facilitated by jeta365.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jeta365 account within 60 seconds under normal conditions.
• Card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect depending on the issuing bank.
• All deposit sources must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or flagged for investigation.
• jeta365 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit (same-source rule).
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad to verified accounts are processed within 2–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• jeta365 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money winnings generated after satisfying applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must notify jeta365 support within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period cannot be reviewed. jeta365 will investigate all valid disputes and respond within 5 business days.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

jeta365 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., first deposit only, minimum deposit required, specific game categories) are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated at the time of each offer.
• jeta365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively wagering will be allowed to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses will result in the cancellation of the most recently claimed bonus.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided along with all associated winnings, and the account will be subject to suspension.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The jeta365 welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is automatically credited upon meeting the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer. Full welcome bonus terms — including the wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry date — are available on the promotions page and during the deposit flow. jeta365 reserves the right to alter welcome bonus terms at any time; changes will not affect bonuses already in progress.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jeta365, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any obligation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Keep your account credentials secure and report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Gamble responsibly and within your personal financial means.
• Notify jeta365 immediately if you suspect you are developing a gambling problem.
• Review and comply with all applicable promotion terms before claiming any offer.

6.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta365 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on jeta365, whether under your own name or a pseudonym.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise exploit game mechanics.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human action.
• Money laundering: Using jeta365 for the purpose of depositing, concealing, or transferring funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials, or filing false chargeback claims with your bank or payment provider.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward jeta365 staff or other players.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jeta365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a positive real-money balance.

7.1 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. jeta365 will send a written notice to the registered email address prior to any action being taken on an inactive account. Real-money balances in dormant accounts will be retained for the account holder and released upon successful re-authentication and KYC confirmation.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jeta365 account at any time by contacting support at support@jeta365. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited without exception.

8. Liability Limitations & Dispute Resolution

jeta365 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeta365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime; loss of data; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or any action taken by jeta365 in good faith to enforce these Terms & Conditions.

jeta365's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnection during a game round, or incorrect odds being displayed — jeta365 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clear and demonstrable malfunction are not payable. The platform's game logs are the definitive record of all transactions and outcomes.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with jeta365 regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account action, you must first contact our customer support team at support@jeta365 with full details of the dispute, including relevant game round IDs, transaction references, and dates. jeta365 will acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute process, you may escalate the matter in writing to jeta365's senior compliance team. jeta365 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide written reasons for all final determinations.

8.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. All communications between jeta365 and the player for the purpose of dispute resolution, account review, or legal proceedings shall be conducted in English. Bengali translations provided for player convenience are for reference only and carry no legal weight in the event of any ambiguity or conflict.
